By using any site in the Authority Network America network, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the sites.
What ANA Provides
Authority Network America publishes reference content — research compiled from regulatory sources, statutes, administrative codes, and professional standards. This content is intended to inform. It is not legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or any other form of professional advice. Do not rely on ANA content as a substitute for consulting a licensed professional qualified in the relevant field.
Accuracy and Limitations
ANA makes a good-faith effort to publish accurate, current information sourced from primary regulatory authorities. However:
- Regulations change. There may be a delay between when a regulation is revised and when ANA content is updated to reflect the change.
- ANA uses AI-assisted research methods. Despite editorial oversight, errors may exist.
- ANA covers a large number of jurisdictions and topics. Not all content has been reviewed with equal depth.
- ANA is a reference starting point, not a definitive legal record. Always verify critical information against the cited primary sources.
ANA does not warrant that any content is complete, accurate, or current. If you find an error, please report it.
Permitted Use
You may use ANA content for personal reference, research, and educational purposes. You may cite ANA content with attribution, as you would any reference source. You may link to ANA pages freely.

Provider Program
When ANA’s provider program launches, separate terms will govern the relationship between service providers and ANA. Those terms will be published at contractorstandards.org before the program goes live. The terms on this page govern use of the research network only.
Modifications
ANA may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published at this URL. Continued use of ANA sites after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with the revision date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from use of ANA sites will be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
