Data Privacy

This page describes what data Authority Network America collects, how it is used, and what it does not do. The short version: ANA is a static reference network that does not track individual users, does not sell data, and does not use advertising or behavioral cookies.

What ANA Collects

ANA sites are served through Cloudflare. As part of normal web hosting, the following data is collected automatically:

What ANA Does Not Collect

Contact Form and Email

If you use the correction form on the contact page or email ANA directly, the information you provide (your message, name, and email address if included) is used only to respond to your inquiry or process the correction. It is not added to any mailing list, marketing database, or third-party system.

Future Monetization and Data

When ANA’s planned revenue models launch (event-based lead routing and a verified provider registry), any data collected through those services will be disclosed in an updated version of this policy before those services go live. The current research pages do not collect any user data beyond standard server logs.

Cookies

ANA sites may set minimal technical cookies required for Cloudflare’s CDN and security services to function (such as the __cflb load-balancing cookie). These are not used for tracking or advertising. ANA does not set any first-party cookies.

Your Rights

If you believe ANA holds any personal data about you and would like it reviewed or deleted, contact [email protected]. Because ANA does not collect personal data through its research pages, there is typically nothing to delete, but the request will be taken seriously and responded to.

Children

ANA does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The network publishes reference content and does not require accounts, logins, or any form of registration.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes — particularly if ANA begins collecting data through future services — the updated policy will be published at this URL with a revised date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
