How the Authority Network Works

Authority Network America operates as the national hub behind a network of focused local and service-specific Authority Network sites. Those sites are designed to help homeowners reach independent service providers directly, based on the type of work and the location involved.

Authority Network America is not a marketplace, franchise, or contractor. The network exists to organize access and route contact — not to manage jobs, pricing, or outcomes.

Step 1 — You reach a local Authority Network site

Most homeowners do not start at Authority Network America itself.

Instead, you typically:

  • Find one of our local or service-specific Authority Network sites when searching for help with a particular problem in your area
  • See a clear option to call or submit a request related to the service you need
  • Contact that local site directly, without needing to understand the national network behind it

Each local site is focused on a defined service category and geographic area.

Step 2 — Your contact is routed to a local provider

When you contact a local Authority Network site:

  • The site or phone number is associated with a specific service and location
  • Your call or request is routed to an independent provider that performs that type of work in your area
  • You are not added to a public list, sent to multiple companies, or entered into a bidding or auction system

Authority Network America does not operate a call center. Contact is routed directly to independent businesses that participate in the network.

Step 3 — You work directly with the provider

Once contact is made:

  • You speak directly with a local company that can perform the work
  • You can ask questions, discuss options, and decide whether to proceed
  • Any estimates, scheduling, work performed, or follow-up are handled between you and that provider

Authority Network America does not supervise technicians, manage jobs, or remain involved once contact is established.

What this means in practice

For homeowners, the network provides a simple path from needing help to speaking with a local company that is actively serving your area — without accounts, portals, or lead auctions.

For service providers, the network offers a structured way to receive direct homeowner contact tied to specific services and locations, without having to build and maintain the underlying sites themselves.

Authority Network America’s role is to operate the system that makes those connections possible — clearly, directly, and without unnecessary intermediaries.
